Return & Refund Policy

At Sajdeya, your satisfaction is our priority. We handcraft and carefully curate every product with love and attention. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

📸 Photos/videos of the damage must be provided for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized gifts

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@sajdeya.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll share return instructions and pickup details (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for damaged/defective products only.

  • Once approved, a replacement will be sent after receiving the original item.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped (whichever comes first).

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

7. Delays or Lost Parcels

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will offer a full refund or replacement after confirming with the courier partner.
