  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website www.sajdeya.com.

  • Once an order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation.

  • All payments must be made in INR or as available through our listed payment methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, etc.).

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. Sajdeya does not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer PAN India shipping. Estimated delivery times and fees are mentioned during checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, festive overload, etc.).

  • For customized or pre-order items, shipping may take additional time.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customized or personalized gifts/products are non-returnable unless damaged.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Sajdeya’s website—including logos, images, text, product designs, and brand elements—is the property of Sajdeya. Any reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

  • Share or post any abusive, defamatory, or false content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sajdeya is not liable for:

  • Delays due to courier partners or natural events.

All jewellery is intended for fashion use only. We are not responsible for skin allergies or mishandling.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Delhi, India.
